At Lunéa Glow, your experience matters. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
